What happens to the original page order?

Each extracted page preserves its original page number as a filename suffix for easy identification. The original PDF file is not modified — it remains on your device exactly as it was.

Can I split password-protected PDFs?

Our client-side splitter works with unprotected PDFs. If your PDF has a password, remove the protection first using a PDF unlock tool, then split the unprotected version.
